Information Literacy for Distance Learners:The Role of University of Cape Coast Library

Abstract

This paper is about how the library is helping distance education students to become lifelong learners through information literacy. It also discusses the timing of the course and how the students can have access to the facilities and services of the libraries at their various study centres.The paper also suggests the use of other media apart from the print medium to be tried in introducing students to information literacy.
